ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven professional to join our growing agency. This role is focused on generating new business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate is competitive, confident, and passionate about helping customers while maximizing their earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Drive agency growth by generating new business through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach. 
  •  Build lasting relationships with customers and provide outstanding service. 
  •  Review coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. 
  •  Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance products. 
  •  Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers. 
  •  Assist with policy servicing and customer inquiries as needed. 
  •  Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. 
  •  Meet and exceed monthly sales and production expectations. 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain). 
  •  Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
  •  Previous sales or insurance experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
